Optimum.web was established in 2000 to provide specialist usability and accessibility services to public and private sector organisations wanting to deliver excellent user experiences to people visiting their web sites.
The company is founded on two ‘pillars’ of experience:
- The science of human-computer interaction (HCI) which underpins all the usability work we undertake
- Effective marketing communications to achieve measurable shifts in attitude or behaviour among target audiences
We put users at the centre of all our projects to create a foundation for evidence-based decision-making.
In 2006, optimum.web became part of Red Eye International Ltd., bringing together optimum.web’s user needs, usability and accessibility expertise with Red Eye’s portfolio of web analytics and behavioural email marketing services. We are now called RedEye optimum-web.
The blend of usability and user centred design skills, supported by sophisticated web analytics, gives optimum.web a skills and experience mix that is exceptional within the usability sector. It enables us to offer our clients qualitative and quantitative data services that help improve their users’ online experiences better than ever before.
