I've really enjoyed working with you and wouldn't hesitate to do so again… I've got to say it's one of the best laid out usability reports that I've seen! The recommendations are great as well. Everyone has commented that they thought the presentation was really well laid out and effective in getting across what we need to do with a lot of comments “they're good aren't they”, which is great to hear...
