Specifically, we conduct user-needs research, usability testing and expert heuristic evaluations, and also deliver training services for both our own clients and those of new media design and development agencies. This work has embraced full and detailed user needs research exercises followed by wireframe design, accessibility, usability testing, implementation and ROI quantitative research. A considerable amount of research and testing has also been done in markets as varied as the media, travel, airlines, grocery, booksellers and car retail.
