The methodology combines individual task based interaction, contextual questionnaire completion and group discussion to draw out subtleties of brand perception, usability, satisfaction and propensity to use. Participants undertake identical tasks on your site and on nominated competitor sites. Key data is captured as they progress through tasks, and the experience is explored in group discussion.
Combining the benefits of one to one site interaction and group discussion, the approach ensures that all user feedback is grounded in real and targeted site use.
In setting up the test we will work closely with you to identify the key tasks and points of investigation. Participants are recruited to accurately reflect the target audience. The reports include metrics for all the tasks and scorings from our usability analysis instrument. Together these provide user experience profiles for the sites tested.
